Are NVQs for You? - (July 2003)

After reading this section you’ll have a better idea of whether NVQs might be useful within your organisation and the considerations you’ll need to make to implement them, once they become available.

You will have two decisions to make.

First, which NVQs are you interested in? To find out which qualifications are available you will be able to search the TVET Council database once it is developed. Second, which members of your staff you think might benefit. You do this by matching the standards on which the NVQ is based to the job descriptions of staff.
