- The proposed training programme must prepare participants form labour demand occupations.
- Applicants must provide at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the total programme cost.
- The training must be done in Barbados and must be completed within a 12-month period.
- Applicants must have paid all amounts due to the Training Levy of the National Insurance scheme.
